Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately at ammon@growkratom.com. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
